It has been suggested I keep this blog strictly craft related, yet others I ask say "why not post what you want it is your blog after all".
So what should I do, Post or not.
If i keep it all craft related then I have long gaps (like now) where nothing is posted, if I post other things, then I can post more regularly. I crochet often, but for the last month I have finished nothing, so really nothing to say about it.
dilemma I do not know how to solve.

I believe you should share what you feel moved to share with others, crochet related or not. That's the fun of reading blogs - you never know what you might find.

After all, I started this blog to share bits of myself, my life and my love of crafting.
