Job's tears plants look like cornstalks in a way only shorter.

This is a photo of some of the ones I have. right now they are mostly gray in color, but they can be dyed with tea or coffee to a rich pretty brown. 
This is how big a typical Tear is. Naturally they have a hole in the bottom and the plant comes out the top of the seed. You run a needle through them to clean them out to use as beads.

Very cool!!!! I have never seen the plant and had no idea you used the seeds as beads/
Some people make rosaries out of them. they turn out really well.
